What if I am stalling?

[tabl caption=”” width=”100%” colwidth=”100″ colalign=”left”] Instructions
In the upper-Intermediate stage of training you may start having difficulties adding 5 lb each week to your 5×5 squat. To allow for the progress you’ll move from a 5×5 to RPT. You’ll know when to switch to RPT squat workouts if you are unable to get all 25 reps in two consecutive squat workouts. You can see the instructions for RPT in the FAQ.
