The RX Gymnastics Program is an online guided training plan by CrossFit Games Competitor Chris Stroud. Its purpose is to help you RX WOD’s that have kipping pull-ups, push-ups, pistols, ring dips, handstand push-ups, and muscle-ups. By the end of the program, you will be able to do any WOD that has those movements.
