The Kettlebell Home WOD program provides you with 100 individual WODs where the only equipment needed is a kettlebell. This program is part of the Home WOD series where I provide WODs for when you are limited on equipment for when you are at home or on the road travelling.
To use this program, you’ll need to have at-least one kettlebell. Some of the WODs require two but you will be just fine with one. For weight, thats totally up to you and what you have available. I don’t prescribe Kettlebell weight in any of the workouts so you’ll need to either pick a weight or just use the one kettlebell you have.

100 Kettlebell Swings
2 Burpees at the top of each minute
AMRAP in 20 minutes
4 Double Kettlebell Half Snatches
4 Double Kettlebell Deadlifts (between the feet)
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Reps For Time
Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls
