The RX Athlete Cross-Training Program is a strength training program to get you strong enough to RX any WOD that comes up. It combines the RX Gymnastics and RX Barbell program into one training program!

Muscle Up – Level 2- Elementary
Ring Dip – Level 2- Elementary
Pull-Up – Level 2 – Elementary
Level 3 - Pre-Intermediate
Handstand Push-Up – Level 3 – Pre-Intermediate
Front Squat – Pre-intermediate
Push Press – Level 3 – Pre-intermediate
Muscle-Up – Level 3 – Pre-Intermediate
Ring Dip – Level 3 – Pre-Intermediate
Pull-Up – Level 3 – Pre-Intermediate
Power Clean – Level 3 – Pre-intermediate
Deadlift – Level 3 – Pre-intermediate
Back Squat – Level 3 – Pre-intermediate
Level 4 - Intermediate
Power Snatch – Level 4 – Intermediate
