The RX Gymnastics Program is an online guided training plan by CrossFit Games Competitor Chris Stroud. Its purpose is to help you RX WOD’s that have kipping pull ups, push ups, pistols, ring dips, handstand push-ups, and muscle ups. By the end of the program, you will be able to do any WOD that has those movements.
